Stay in Tuned to The Force That Drives You

"I won't knock your faith" I said as I walked away. I have learned that faith is so very important to the person that has it, and even when I don't have it in myself, or in that person, One must not belittle another one's belief or hope that things will improve.
Bummed, Broken down, feeling discouraged, repressed, you name it; the only way out is to have some faith. Be it in yourself, In some one else, in God or Buddha... Having faith takes our focus off the fear (which in most cases only exists in our minds) and brings about a notion of peace, and encouragement. Allowing us to advance with optimism towards the goal. Moving forward with a childlike carefree spirit. Have you ever been around someone who just kept ranting on and on about their current negative situation? Even after several attempts from you to uplift them, they continue to focus on the glass half empty... and then wonder why better feelings take so long to arise. I have been around these types, and have fallen into this pit myself... It's too easy.
This is how I have come to realize that the only way out... is to look up! Looking down will only remind you of your current position and how hard it is, how much it hurts, or how it sux, making it easy to stay down. Instead, Look up to where your strength lies, because the sooner you do... the sooner the better feelings will come!
Without faith, there is no hope. When there is no hope, there seems to be no purpose or reason to press on. We are all subject to the force that drives us. Whether that force, cometh from above, or from within... it is very valuable to say the least, and is never to be 'knocked'. We must nurture it, encourage it, not only in ourselves, but in our loved ones as well, passing this along like a recipe for peace. Faith; makes the world a better place to be, inhale, exhale and adjust in. So when you're feeling low... Remember, to keep your head up!

"To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible" -Thomas Aquinas
